Hair Extension Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Remy Virgin Hair

Step 2: Hair Tidying

Step 3: Hair Bundles

After water treatment or ironing or styling, the rubber band is replaced with a gold wire package.
Step 4: Hair Weft

This completes a hair weft. The hair weft now is a long weft, which will affect the next styling process, so the hair weft has to be cut. Cutting the weft means cutting the long weft to a length that does not exceed the length of the styling aluminum tube.
Step 5: Wig
The first step in making a large head is to complete the head covering. The headgear is generally made up of three parts, the front, back, and top of the head. Generally, the customer requires an elastic net at the top of the head so that the customer can adjust the head covering to the size of their head, and because of the elasticity, it will be particularly comfortable to wear.
After the headgear is completed, the hair is hooked evenly onto the headgear by a professional hair worker, the density of the hair is 100%, 120%, 150%, and 180% depending on the client’s requirements. The hair is then styled according to the client’s requirements, either straight or DEEP WAVE or BODY WAVE or YAKI or KINKY, etc. Styling is the process of putting the styled wig into a high-temperature oven and adjusting the temperature to suit the hair to set the style. The time required for styling varies depending on the degree of curl, but generally, 60-80 minutes is all that is needed. Why the curvature of the wig is not easy to deform, is the credit of this process。
Hair Extension Treatment
After treatment is to clean the hair, put it into the hair special care solution for 15 minutes, processing a good smooth feel of the hair, and then take off the water. The main role is to clean the hair and handle the feel of the wig hair.
Remy Hair
